Time for week ten picks . After nine weeks your writer leads by one game and has decided to put some thought into his picks this week along with all that bourbon. Picks from Yahoo nominally last Wednesday so here are the goddamn picks:

Pick: Lions. What the fuck the Lions just dismantled the Chargers I think they can get one past the grocery bagger.
Result: Cardinals. I've got a bad feeling about this week.

CIN @ BAL (-4)
Pick: Bengals. Noted without additional comment.
Result: Bengals. Steve McNair is McDone.

BUF (-3) @ MIA
Pick: Dolphins. The road favorite spooked me.
Result: PUSH. No winner no winner.

ATL @ CAR (-4)
Pick: Falcons. The oddsmakers finally found a way to hook me.
Result: Falcons. A team with no future beat a team with no history.

CHI (-3.5) @ OAK
Pick: Bears. Assembled Choir of Angels vs. Al Davis.
Result: Bears. Brian Griese, Rex Grossman, it doesn't matter it's all cheese.

DAL (-1.5) @ NYG
Pick: Cowboys. The Giants are this season's next I was right after all team.
Result: Cowboys. Playing with a big dick.

MIN @ GB (-6)
Pick: Packers. A steady diet of Brett Favre.
Result: Packers. Wallop.

IND (-3.5) @ SD
Pick: Colts. Second only to bearer bonds.
Result: Chargers. Norval Turner knows what it's like to lose close games not win them.

DEN @ KC (-3)
Pick: Chiefs. Midwest Flailathon 2007.
Result: Broncos. It was a toss up.

STL @ NO (-11.5)
Pick: Rams. The line is too big.
Result: Rams. Wow, 37 points from that offense?

CLE @ PIT (-9.5)
Pick: Steelers. Cleveland is out of their league.
Result: Browns. Steelers are good and Cleveland is not out of their league.

JAX @ TEN (-4)
Pick: Titans. These teams are going in opposite direx.
Result: Jaguars. I was right but had the teams mixed up.

PHI @ WAS (-3)
Pick: Redskins. C'mon if they can't win by four what the fuck.
Result: Eagles. You know this story by now.


Monday
SF @ SEA (-10)
Pick: 49ers. Because it's stragety.
Result: Seahawks. The 49ers look like they are running in place.
