Please join me and the entire staff of The Curly R in wishing Redskins return specialist Rock Cartwright a happy birthday, today Rock turns 29 today.

Roderick Rashaun Rock Cartwright has spent his entire seven year career with the Washington Redskins, after four years as an occasional reserve back (Rock had 107 carries in 2003, the last of Steve Spurrier's two years) Rock found his place on this team, kick returns. In three years of doing the job full time Rock has average better than 24 yards per return. Rock signed a three year deal in March and I hope he stays all three years and beyond. He is a true Redskin.
