At Last, Some Good News for Six Flags

I almost ran this picture instead

After so many frustrating stories on flat attendance, heavy debt and slow going by the new management, finally there is a happy story coming out of Six Flags.

The 13 year old girl whose feet were severed on the gravity-drop ride at Six Flags Kentucky on June 21 has had her right foot reattached. She could not be reunited with the left foot, which tempers the greatness of this news, but Dan Snyder is a half glass full kind of guy and I'm sure he'll manage to keep on the bright side.

Don't forget to check out American Bandstand while you're in line!
