Let Me Get This Straight: Kicker Edition

Are these the Bizarro Redskins?

Let me get this straight. The most accurate kicker in the two universes is cut by the Cowboys. He has no specific injury and his problems may or may not be in his head. He returns to Canada.

The Redskins DO NOT take the bait and sign the most accurate kicker in the two universes, but instead sign A DIFFERENT former Cowboys kicker, who is ALSO Canadian like the most accurate kicker in the two universes but had a record with the Cowboys that was more like Bob Novak's with the Redskins: 4-of-6 over the past two seasons and 1-of-2 in 2006.

Oh, he presents a stonger leg for kickoffs you say? Bob Novak's average kickoff in 2006 was 60.1 yards. Shaun Suisham's is 63.1, So the Redskins gained three yards on kickoffs and not much else, because those three yards didn't stop the Falcons from scoring 24 straight points Sunday. I'd say Shaun's ohfer in Sunday's game was a sign of things to come, just waving a dead chicken over the special teams.

Sign a real kicker already.
