Pieces are falling into place, the 2007 regular season starts tomorrow against the Dolphins, a team with deep Redskins ties.

Strongside linebacker Marcus Washington thought he would be recovered enough from his dislocated elbow to play and it turns out he will. However I suspect we'll see a lot of Randall Godfrey.

Pete Kendall and Chris Samuels got together so that means the first team offensive line finally got some practice in so we got that going in for us.

Todd Collins is your Redskins backup quarterback which I think is a terrible mistake and I can't believe I am saying that. Despite Todd apparent betterment of Mark Brunell in the preseason, er uh[clears throat] Mark Brunell is the guy I'd rather see in there if Jason Campbell goes down. I just think that if Todd is in there for more than a week he will get blowed up. Maybe it's some big conspiracy to throw Todd into the grinder so Mark can come back and back up next season.
